The scan result screen: a photo of a lean athletic man framed by green scan brackets, a Form Score of 72 out of 100, and definition 68, leanness 61, symmetry 80, posture 74, body fat 19% and potential 84 below it, with leanness marked “fix first”.

How it works

A number that means something, and a plan that moves it.

  1. 01

    Take one photo

A few seconds, once a week. Dietly Fit scores it out of 100 and estimates your body fat and the ceiling you can reach.

  2. 02

    See what's holding it back

The score comes with the weak area named — not just a number to feel something about.

  3. 03

    Train the thing it found

A full week of sessions built around that weak point, your goal and the kit you actually have. Rescan next week and watch it move.

The app

Four screens do the whole job.

  • The scan result screen: a photo of a lean athletic man framed by green scan brackets, a Form Score of 72 out of 100, and definition 68, leanness 61, symmetry 80, posture 74, body fat 19% and potential 84 below it, with leanness marked “fix first”.

Your score, and its weak point

Definition, leanness, symmetry and posture — with the one holding the number down marked “fix first”.

  • The week screen, headed “This week — built from your last scan”: four routine cards for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, each with its exercise count, duration, a body map of the muscles it loads and a Start button. Monday is marked Today.

The week, built from the scan

Four sessions, each with the muscles it loads and a time before you commit to it. Today is marked.

  • A Romanian deadlift in progress: an anatomical render with the hamstrings and glutes highlighted, a Technique button, and a set table showing 60kg for 10 and 70kg for 8 completed, the third set active.

    Log it set by set

Weight and reps per set, ticked off as you go, with a technique clip and a one-tap swap for anything that is taken.

  • The progress screen: a twelve-week line chart of the Form Score rising to 72, with +9 since week 1 and 11 scans taken, above a row of progress photo thumbnails from week 1 to week 12.

    Whether it is working

The score week by week, and every scan photo kept beside it, so a good month is visible rather than remembered.

Strength, not just shape

Every muscle gets a rank —
so you can see which ones are behind.

21 muscles ranked
Chest, back, quads, glutes, arms — each one against absolute strength standards, not a percentile against strangers.
The map says where the work went
Sets per area over the last month, so a muscle nobody has trained since July stops hiding behind a good bench.
Every session mapped
Before you start it, the session shows which muscles it loads and by how much.
The muscle ranks screen: front and back body maps with the trained muscles lit in green, above a list giving chest advanced, back intermediate, quads advanced and hamstrings novice, with hamstrings flagged as lagging.

Inside the app

Training first. Food alongside it.

The weekly scan

One photo, scored out of 100, with your body-fat estimate and the weak point named. Rescan weekly and watch the trend.

Ask for the session you want

Type “I want to improve my glutes”, or “legs, but easy on my knees”, and the coach writes that session. It lands with sets, reps and rest, ready to run.

Your whole week, openable

Every day of the program is there, not just today. Guided sessions with a demo clip for every movement, from a catalogue of 1,300+ exercises.

Change any session, in a sentence

Rack taken, shoulder sore, only forty minutes? Say so and the session is rewritten around it — and if you don't like the result, one tap puts it back.

Point your camera at any machine

Standing in front of an unlabelled piece of steel? Scan it and see the movements you can do on it.

Food, in seconds

Log a meal by photo, by sentence or by voice. Calories and macros set from your goal, not a generic number.

FAQ

Before you download.

Is the Form Score actually accurate?

It is an estimate from your photo and your answers, not a clinical measurement. Its value is consistency — shot the same way each week, it shows you change you cannot see in a mirror or on a scale.

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell Dietly Fit what you have — bodyweight, a couple of dumbbells, or a full rack — and the plan is built for that. You can swap any movement for one that fits your kit.

Is this just another calorie counter?

No. The training plan is the product; food logging supports it. You can log a meal by photo, sentence or voice in a few seconds, but Dietly Fit is built around what you do in the gym.

What does it cost?

Free to start. Dietly Fit Pro unlocks unlimited scans, your full weekly plan, unlimited logging and the AI coach, and you can cancel any time from your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

Your first scan takes about ten seconds.

Get your score, see what's holding it back, and start the week built to fix it.
